Does this mean that you are no longer connected to Lloyd’s Register?
We will still be researching, managing and operating the Lloyd’s Register of Ships database and its associated products, but we are no longer in a joint venture with Lloyd’s Register.

Yes, IHS Fairplay will be maintaining the Ship and Company numbering systems on behalf of the IMO.

You can expect to see even higher quality data.  We will be introducing new Information Quality Goals - developed through feedback from you, our customers, both directly and through the IHS Customer First Survey - and will be reporting on progress towards achieving these goals via our published quarterly Information Quality Metrics Report.
